We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.  In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographic mistakes, typographical errors, or errors in pricing information, G Shack BBQ shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.  We also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, G Shack BBQ will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. If we need to cancel your order, we will keep you fully informed and try to offer you a choice when appropriate.  We will not send you substitute items without your consent.

Please note that our receipt of an order via website, email, post/mail, fax, or telephone and our confirmation of its receipt does not constitute acceptance or guarantee fulfillment of that order.  While we diligently strive to fulfill all our orders as efficiently and completely as possible, we cannot promise that the items featured in our limited edition, hand-printed, and painted collections will be permanently available.  Our hand-painted and printed designs are offered to our customers with the understanding that there may be some variation in color and design as an individual artist creates each.  G Shack BBQ attempts to describe each piece to our customers through our website and phone and email communication with our shoppers.

Our terms of purchase, shipment, and delivery are by your statutory rights, which are protected when you shop with G Shack BBQ.

Promotion Policy:
G Shack BBQ will occasionally offer a promotion for a specified dollar amount or percentage off purchases made (for example, $25 off purchases of $150 or more).  Any such promotion is valid only on new orders placed during the time of the promotion and is not valid in combination with any other offers or on exchange orders.

Return Policy & Cancellations:
All our products are guaranteed to satisfy you 100%. See our Return Policy for more information. You may cancel your order at any time before we ship it by contacting us. No costs will be incurred, and your credit/debit card will not be charged. Once an item is shipped, your shipped order will be treated as a Return. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
